Isabelle was born in Perm, Russia and adopted on her first birthday as a baby. She was raised in the US with her adopted sister, also from Russia, and realized that the crooked smile she was born with would later become her secret weapon as an actor.

As Isabelle grew into the kind of human she wanted to be she found that the cookie-cutter rolls laid out before her by previous generations were never going to be enough.

With a kind eye towards her own experience in discovering who she is, the queer narrative isn’t the only kind of story Isabelle would like to tell. Rather, she hopes to explore the beautiful bounds of all corners of life with as many passionate storytellers like her as she can.
